We operate internationally and provide Services through different legal entities. The specific contracting entity depends on your country or region of residence. The applicable entity is responsible for providing the Services described in these Terms, receiving payments, and handling any complaints regarding service performance. Any such complaints may only be directed to the relevant contracting entity.

ELIGIBILITY AND USER REQUIREMENTS

These Terms of Use apply to individuals who have full legal capacity under the laws of their jurisdiction, which generally means being at least eighteen (18) years of age (“User”, “you”, or “your”).

Users aged fourteen (14) years or older may access the Website and Services only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. In such cases, the parent or guardian is fully responsible for overseeing the minor’s use of the Services.

VIRTUAL ITEMS AND ACCOUNT BALANCE

Please be aware that Skins are virtual items provided solely for entertainment purposes. They do not possess any real-world monetary value. We do not provide compensation for Skins or any related items under any circumstances.

Account balance is used exclusively within the Services and has no real-world value. It cannot be withdrawn, exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for real money or any other form of compensation.

DEFINITIONS

Terms of Use

Website

User

A User is an individual who holds a Steam account and has accepted these Terms of Use.

Skin (Digital Item)

A Skin is a virtual in-game cosmetic item or customization element that modifies the appearance or effects of in-game objects such as weapons, gloves, knives, or stickers. Skins are provided under policies set by Valve Corporation, and their availability and transfer depend entirely on Steam policies. A User does not obtain any legal ownership rights to a Skin until it is successfully redeemed within Steam.

Account

An Account is a personal, password-protected section of the Website created after registration, granting access to available features and Services.

Steam

Steam is an online digital distribution platform operated by Valve Corporation, which holds all intellectual property rights related to its games and associated in-game content.

Steam policies

Steam policies refer to the rules and regulations established by Steam that govern the use, ownership, and transfer of in-game items, including Skins.

CS2

CS2 refers to a game developed and operated by Valve Corporation.

Third Party

A Third Party is any individual or entity that is not the User or Hellcase.

Parties

The Parties refer collectively to Hellcase and the User.

Services

Services refer to interactive features offered on the Hellcase platform that allow Users to attempt to obtain in-game items through gameplay mechanics. Each attempt to obtain an item is considered a separate Service. We reserve the right to limit or modify the availability of Services in specific countries or regions at our discretion.

Cases

Cases are interactive Service elements that allow Users to open virtual cases and receive one of the predefined items listed in the case description. These items correspond to potential Skins available on Steam.

Event

An Event is a temporary promotional activity, challenge, or campaign organized by Hellcase, during which Users may participate and potentially receive rewards.

War Tag Shop

The War Tag Shop is a feature on the Website where Users may exchange accumulated War Tags for rewards offered by Hellcase.

Premium

Premium refers to a subscription-based Service provided by Hellcase that grants Users certain benefits for a defined period. The subscription renews automatically each month unless it is canceled by the User.

Daily Free Bonus

Daily Free Bonus refers to a reward that Hellcase may, at its discretion, provide to Users once per day. The bonus may include a random item, account balance, or War Tags.

Giveaway

A Giveaway is a promotional campaign organized by Hellcase, which may be conducted independently or in cooperation with Third Parties. Participation is subject to predefined conditions, and the purpose is to promote Services and distribute prizes to Users.

Payment Method

Payment Method refers to the set of payment options made available on the Website. Users may choose from any supported methods when completing transactions.

Balance

Balance refers to virtual credits displayed within the User’s account on the Website. These credits can be used exclusively to access and use Services. Depositing funds does not constitute receipt of a Service until the Balance is actually used for that purpose.

Registration

Registration refers to the process of logging into the Website using a Steam account in order to access and use the Services.

Item (or Voucher)

An Item (or Voucher) refers to a digital instrument such as an activation code, gift card, or similar electronic entitlement linked to an in-game item. It may appear in a visual form corresponding to a Skin and is intended to be used as a means of obtaining a Skin via Steam or through Third Parties operating within Steam’s ecosystem.

Such Items are issued under the applicable rules of Steam and/or the relevant supplier. Ownership of a Skin is not granted to the User until the Item is redeemed through Steam in accordance with Steam’s policies. Redemption and transferability of Items are governed exclusively by Steam rules and may be subject to regional or platform restrictions.

Marketing Communications

Marketing Communications refer to email messages that provide information about promotions, events, giveaways, special offers, products, services, personalized recommendations, or news related to Hellcase.

Service Communications

Service Communications refer to operational or administrative email messages necessary for the provision of Services and performance of the agreement. These include confirmations, receipts, security alerts, account notifications, updates to legal terms, transaction and balance information, and event participation results. These communications are not considered marketing messages.

Interpretation Note

Some terms used in these Terms of Use may not be explicitly defined in the Definitions section. In such cases, they shall be interpreted based on their contextual meaning within the document.

If ambiguity remains, interpretation shall follow this order of priority:

1. definitions provided on the Website or within these Terms, and
2. applicable law.

GENERAL TERMS

Agreement Formation

By creating an account and using the Website or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. Together, they constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Hellcase (the “Agreement”).

If you do not agree with any part of the Agreement, you must not create an account or use the Website or Services.

By accessing or using the Website or Services, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be published on the Website.

By continuing to use the Website or Services after such updates become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

Eligibility Requirements

User Conduct and Restrictions

As a condition of using the Services, you agree that you will not:

• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise analyze the Website or its software;

• use payment instruments belonging to third parties without authorization;
• collect or extract data from the Website using automated tools such as bots, crawlers, or scrapers;
• use the Services in violation of third-party platform terms, including Steam policies;
• infringe intellectual property rights of third parties;
• distribute or link to unlawful, offensive, harmful, or reputationally damaging content, including but not limited to illegal materials, pornography, or harmful software-related services;
• engage in fraud, money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other illegal activity.

Discrepancies in Service Outcomes

If you believe that the outcome of a Service does not match the expected result, you must continue using the Service until the issue is resolved or you receive instructions from support.

You are required to report any such discrepancy to support immediately upon discovery.

Failure to report an issue promptly, or continued use of the Service without notification, may be considered misuse of the Services.

Minimum Balance Requirement

We may, at our discretion, require a minimum Balance threshold for access to certain Services. Such minimum requirement shall not exceed the equivalent of 2 USD per transaction.

Balance and Withdrawal Terms

By depositing funds into your Balance and using them to access Services, you expressly waive any right to withdraw those funds.

This does not affect any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law, including mandatory refund rights where legally required.

Any withdrawal-related requests must be submitted through our support channels.

Technical Requirements

You are required to use a supported web browser to access the Website and Services. We may update or discontinue support for specific browsers at any time.

Continued access to the Website may require updating your browser accordingly.

System and Connectivity Responsibility

ACCOUNT

Account Registration

To create an Account and access the Services, Users must complete the following requirements:

Steam Account Requirement

A valid and active Steam account is required in order to register and use the Services.

Acceptance of Terms

Before accessing the Website or Services, Users must review and accept these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, including all required consents contained therein. These consents reflect obligations we must obtain in accordance with applicable laws, depending on the User’s jurisdiction as we reasonably determine.

Sign-In Process

Users access the Website and Services by logging in through their Steam account.

ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND BLOCKING

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or block an Account immediately and without prior notice or liability if a User breaches these Terms of Use.

• An Account may be suspended or terminated if we determine that the User has provided false, misleading, incomplete, or inaccurate information at any stage, including registration, verification, or any interaction with the Website. This applies regardless of whether such information was provided intentionally or unintentionally. Any such behavior may compromise the integrity of the Services and will be treated as a violation of these Terms, and may result in restriction, suspension, or permanent ban without notice.
• We may temporarily restrict access to the Services while verifying information submitted by a User during registration or any other use of the Website.
• Accounts found to be impersonating Hellcase employees, representatives, or system roles (including use of titles such as “administrator” or “moderator”) will be immediately blocked and access to Services restricted.
• Termination of an Account results in immediate loss of access to the Services. However, this does not affect Items already legitimately obtained by the User, which may still be redeemable for Skins through Steam, subject to Steam policies.
• Provisions of these Terms that by their nature are intended to survive termination shall remain in effect, including but not limited to clauses relating to liability limitations, warranties, indemnification, and ownership-related terms.
• The use of multiple Accounts by a single User is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all related Accounts without prior notice.
• We may impose temporary restrictions on Account access where multiple bank cards are used for deposits, as part of our AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance procedures.
• We reserve the right to block access to the Services in specific countries or territories at our sole discretion, including where required by applicable international laws or regulatory obligations. If Services or payment options are unavailable in a region, such restrictions may apply.
• Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months—defined as no purchase of Services during that period—may be subject to a maintenance fee of USD 10 per month, deducted from the Account Balance. If no Balance is available, the Account may be closed. Closure does not affect Items already obtained, which may still be redeemable via Steam in accordance with its policies.
• Abusive, offensive, or disrespectful behavior toward customer support representatives is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the Account without notice.
• Any attempt to bypass or circumvent restrictions, suspensions, or bans may result in permanent termination of all associated Accounts.

USER RESPONSIBILITIES

By registering an Account, the User accepts full responsibility for all actions performed under their login credentials.

• Users must immediately notify Hellcase if they suspect unauthorized access, loss, disclosure, or misuse of their Account credentials or personal information.
• Accounts are strictly personal and may only be used by the registered User. Transfer, sale, or sharing of Accounts with third parties is not permitted.
• By creating an Account, the User confirms they act as a natural person unless explicitly approved otherwise by our support team for a business account designation.
• Failure to comply with these obligations may result in damages, losses, or restrictions, for which Hellcase shall not be held liable.
• Users are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of their jurisdiction when using the Website and purchasing or using Services.

SERVICE COMMUNICATIONS (EMAIL)

We may send Service Communications to the email address provided during registration. These messages are necessary for the operation, security, and proper performance of the Services, as well as for informing Users of important updates.

• Service Communications form an essential part of the Services and cannot generally be unsubscribed from. However, Users may disable certain non-essential notifications where such settings are available on the Website. Opting out entirely is only possible by discontinuing use of the Services and/or closing the Account in accordance with these Terms.
• Service Communications are sent in accordance with applicable laws and are based on legal grounds necessary for contract performance and legitimate business interests, as further described in the Privacy Policy.

SERVICES OF HELLCASE

General

Hellcase provides an online platform through which Users may access and use various Services available on the Website.

These Terms apply to all Services; however, certain Services may be subject to additional specific rules or procedures, including rules governing interaction with other Users, Hellcase, or Third Parties. Detailed information about each Service is available on its respective page on the Website.

WITHDRAWALS AND TRADE REVERSAL LIMITATIONS

Once an Item has been withdrawn or otherwise transferred from the Website to the User’s external account (including Steam), Hellcase bears no responsibility for any subsequent events affecting that transfer. This includes, without limitation, trade reversals, rollbacks, cancellations, holds, restrictions, delays, recovery actions, or similar processes, whether caused by Steam systems, Third Parties, or the User’s own actions, including account security settings or trade protection features. In such cases, Hellcase does not guarantee:

• restoration of the Item to the User’s Account or Balance
• re-delivery, re-issuance, or replacement of the Item
• any refund, compensation, reimbursement, or credit of any kind

All risks associated with completed transfers are fully assumed by the User. The User is solely responsible for any actions taken on the external account receiving the Item that may affect, reverse, or invalidate a completed transfer.

For clarity, once an Item has been successfully transferred out of the Website, any subsequent cancellation, reversal, restriction, or similar event shall not create any obligation for Hellcase to restore, refund, compensate, or otherwise reimburse the User in any form.

CASES

Hellcase enables Users to purchase and open virtual Cases on the Website, through which Users may obtain Items.

When a Case is opened, the User receives a randomly assigned Item from a predefined set. Each Item represents an instrument used to obtain corresponding Skins on the external platform Steam, operated by Valve Corporation. Skins are provided either by Steam itself or by Third Parties in accordance with Steam’s applicable rules and policies.

Hellcase does not operate, control, or manage any exchange, transfer, or trading of Items or Skins on Steam or any other external platform. Users are fully subject to the rules, limitations, and restrictions imposed by Steam or any other platform involved. Hellcase is not responsible for any delays, restrictions, trade limitations, or account limitations applied by Steam or third-party services.

Each Case contains a defined selection of possible Items. The probability of obtaining a specific Item or its corresponding Skin may be indicated within the Case description. Users are encouraged to review Case contents before making a purchase, as the Item received is determined by a randomized selection process unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Through the Website, Users may:

• View available Cases and preview included Items and their corresponding Skin representations;
• Open Cases to receive a randomly selected Item from the available pool;
• Use received Items on external platforms such as Steam to claim corresponding Skins in accordance with Steam policies and third-party rules.

EVENTS

Hellcase may from time to time organize Events, which are limited-time activities, promotions, or challenges that allow Users to participate for the opportunity to receive rewards.

Each Event may be governed by additional specific rules published on its dedicated page. Events may include, but are not limited to, special Cases, bonus rewards, leaderboard competitions, or other interactive mechanics.

Hellcase reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Event at any time without prior notice.

Any rewards obtained through Events are subject to the same general terms applicable to other Services provided on the Website.

PREMIUM

The Premium subscription provides Users with enhanced features and benefits on the Website for a defined subscription period.

Premium advantages may include, among other things, access to exclusive Cases, increased bonuses, promotional offers, and priority support services.

Premium is provided on a recurring subscription basis and renews automatically each month unless cancelled by the User before the next billing cycle begins.

By subscribing, the User agrees to recurring monthly charges at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Users may cancel their Premium subscription at any time through their Account settings. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period.

All Premium payments are non-refundable. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within an active billing cycle.

DAILY FREE BONUS

Hellcase may, at its sole discretion, offer Users a Daily Free Bonus, which may include a random Item, Balance credits, or War Tags.

Eligibility for the Daily Free Bonus may be limited or restricted based on User activity, compliance with these Terms, or any behavior deemed abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise inconsistent with intended use.

The Daily Free Bonus is strictly limited to one per User and is intended solely for entertainment purposes. Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse this feature is strictly prohibited.

If a User violates applicable conditions or is found to be abusing the Daily Free Bonus system, Hellcase reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

• Restrict or revoke access to the Daily Free Bonus;
• Modify the conditions of participation;
• Cancel or forfeit any accumulated Bonus, Balance, or related benefits.

Any Bonus or related benefits granted through the Daily Free Bonus system will expire and be removed from inactive Accounts after 365 days of inactivity. All determinations made by Hellcase in relation to the Daily Free Bonus are final and not subject to appeal.

Hellcase may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Daily Free Bonus at any time by updating the relevant terms or publishing a notice on the Website, with such changes taking effect immediately.

MARKETING EVENTS (GIVEAWAYS)

Hellcase may organize marketing events, including Giveaways, through which Users may have the opportunity to win prizes. These events are intended to encourage engagement and participation and are governed by these Terms as well as any additional rules applicable to each individual event.

Only Users who meet all eligibility requirements, including age restrictions and other criteria specified in these Terms or in the specific event rules, may participate. Eligibility conditions are determined for each event separately. Users who do not meet the requirements are not eligible to participate or receive rewards.

Some Giveaways may be conducted by Third Parties on behalf of Hellcase. In such cases, those events are governed by the Third Party’s own terms and policies, and Hellcase assumes no responsibility for the administration, execution, or outcomes of such events. Users are advised to review the applicable Third Party terms.

Each Giveaway page will typically include:

• The organizer of the event (Hellcase or a Third Party);
• Start and end dates, or conditions determining the event duration;
• A description of available prizes;
• Any additional applicable rules.

All Giveaways conducted through the Website use a randomized selection system to determine winners. Winning Accounts may be published on the relevant Giveaway page shortly after selection.

Winners are contacted via their Account and/or registered email address within seven (7) days following the end of the Giveaway to arrange prize delivery.

Any prize that remains unclaimed within 30 days after notification, or that is associated with an ineligible Account or an Account in breach of these Terms, will be considered forfeited and treated as if no winner had been assigned.

By participating in a Giveaway, Users agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms of Use.

Users also consent to the collection, processing, and use of their personal data for purposes related to the Giveaway, including winner selection, notification, result publication, and prize distribution, in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Participants agree to ensure that all information provided for participation is accurate and complete, including contact details and any required identification data.

Hellcase may request proof of prize receipt, including photographic confirmation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hellcase is not responsible for any losses, damages, or disruptions related to Giveaways, including technical failures, unauthorized interference, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Hellcase reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms, provides false information, or engages in unlawful conduct.

Some Giveaways may include additional terms and conditions, which will be communicated separately and shall apply alongside these Terms of Use.

MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS (EMAIL)

We may use the email address provided by the User on the Website—including during registration, transactions, support requests, or participation in activities—to send Marketing Communications, provided there is a valid legal basis for doing so.

Marketing Communications are issued in compliance with applicable data protection laws. Where consent is legally required, communications are sent only after explicit opt-in. Where permitted under soft opt-in rules or legitimate interest grounds, we rely on those legal bases while ensuring that Users retain the right to opt out at any time.

Each marketing email includes an unsubscribe function or alternative instructions for managing communication preferences. Opting out of Marketing Communications does not affect the receipt of Service Communications.

We may send marketing messages at reasonable frequency and relevance, including communications originating directly from the Website or from alternative domains or mirrors operated or controlled by us. Users may restrict specific categories of marketing messages or opt out entirely at any time.

REFERRAL CODES

The use of proprietary referral codes issued to specific individuals (including influencers, content creators, media figures, or professional esports players) without authorization is strictly prohibited. This also includes any fabricated or misleading referral codes designed to imitate legitimate referral systems or mislead Users (“Misleading Referrals”).

Any attempt to use or distribute such Misleading Referrals will not entitle the User to any bonuses, rewards, or benefits derived from their use. Any such advantages shall be void and may be revoked.

BALANCE

Users who add funds to their Balance acknowledge that the Balance represents internal, virtual credits displayed on the Website and usable only within the Services. These credits have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Balance top-ups may be performed using payment methods available on the Website. Once a payment is completed, the updated Balance will be reflected in the User’s Account. Depending on the selected payment provider, processing delays may occur before the Balance becomes available.

From time to time, we may introduce promotional credits or event-based rewards that are separate from the main Balance. These credits are limited in scope, may only be used for specific purposes, and do not constitute or increase the User’s Website Balance. We reserve the right to modify, restrict, or remove such credits at any time without compensation.

PAYMENT POLICY

General

Users may use available payment methods to top up their Account Balance and access Services. The list of supported payment methods is displayed on the relevant payment page of the Website.

We determine available payment methods based on an assessment of the User’s location, which may rely on one or more of the following indicators (in order of priority):

• Information provided during KYC verification (including country of residence or billing country);
• User-declared location data;
• IP address of the device;
• Bank account or card billing information;
• Mobile Country Code (MCC) associated with the payment method.

Where inconsistencies arise between these indicators, we may request additional verification information from the User.

Each payment provider operates under its own terms, including AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements, and may independently decline or suspend transactions in accordance with its own policies.

Certain payment methods may impose minimum deposit requirements and applicable fees. In some cases, fees may reduce the final credited amount below the required minimum, which may result in the loss of the deposit. It is the User’s responsibility to verify such conditions before completing any transaction. We accept no liability for such outcomes.

Payments made below the required minimum or using unsupported currencies may fail or be irreversibly charged without successful crediting. Users acknowledge full responsibility for verifying payment conditions before proceeding, and we are not liable for resulting losses.

Users must review and accept the terms of each payment provider before initiating transactions.

We are not responsible for delays, failures, or restrictions caused by payment providers. Where currency conversion is required, it will be processed at the rate applied by the User’s bank or payment provider at the time of transaction. We do not control exchange rates or related fees.

Users confirm that they are the rightful owners or authorized users of any payment instruments used on the Website.

Security

We apply industry-standard security measures, including encryption technologies and secure payment gateways, to protect payment data. However, no system can guarantee absolute security, and we cannot ensure complete protection of transmitted information.

Currency and Pricing

Chargebacks and Fraudulent Activity

If we detect suspicious, unauthorized, or fraudulent payment activity, including misuse of chargeback procedures, we may take appropriate action. This may include temporary suspension or permanent blocking of the Account, reporting to relevant authorities, and pursuing legal remedies to recover losses.

Users agree to first contact our Support team to resolve any payment disputes before initiating chargebacks.

Changes to Payment Policy
